Hello,

I upgraded my subscription on the same day my monthly subscription was set to renew. I was charged for both. Here are the order #s

#12501 Active. August 5, 2023 <small style=”font-family: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>Via Pay with Credit Card (Stripe)</small>$37.00 / month

I essentially was double charged and expect that my monthly subscription will continue to be charged. Just looking for someone to help with this issue.
