Captions, hashtags, content formats and posting dates;

We do not receive or store your Instagram password. Your account is connected through Meta’s official authorisation process.

7. Connecting and disconnecting Instagram
Connecting your Instagram account is optional.
You can disconnect your Instagram account through Creator Coach, through your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by contacting us at help@socialboom.com.
Disconnecting your account will prevent Creator Coach from collecting new Instagram information.
Disconnecting Instagram may not automatically delete information that was previously collected. You can request deletion of your information by contacting us.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no online service or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your Creator Coach login details secure and should contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
