The following Terms and Conditions govern use by all persons of any and all Social Boom materials, products, events, services, and websites.

By accessing our website(s), content, events, services, or products you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by providing notice on our website. Continued use of our website(s), materials, products, and services shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications.

We are committed to protecting your data and complying with GDPR 2018. We will not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

1. Definitions

  • You: the member/client accessing the Site and agreeing to these terms.
  • Us / We / Our: Social Boom Ltd.
  • Agreement: these terms and conditions and any variations notified to you.
  • Authorised Users: any person in your business who we agree may access your subscription.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: all rights in patents, trademarks, copyrights, databases, designs, know-how, etc.
  • Subscription: the services you have purchased from Social Boom.
  • Services: hosting, content, training, digital materials, and support provided by Social Boom.
  • Software: any software we provide to allow you access to the Services.
  • Start Date: date access begins.
  • Subscriber Data: data you input or provide.
  • Subscription Fee: fee payable for the Services.
  • Subscription Period: billing period for each Subscription Fee.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may be purchased via our website, at events, or via authorised Social Boom team members.
  • Your use of any Social Boom material or service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • Payment terms appear under Clause 8.

3. Authority & Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Social Boom content for business purposes only.

You may search, view, copy, and print content

ONLY for your own business use.

You may not repackage, resell, or redistribute any Social Boom materials.

4. Your Obligations

You must:

  • ensure only authorised users access your subscription,

  • not copy, resell, transmit, or reuse Social Boom content,

  • seek professional advice before implementing our guidance,

  • ensure your systems are secure and virus-protected.

  • You indemnify Social Boom for any misuse of external accounts we access on your behalf (if applicable).

5. Our Obligations

  • We do not guarantee results, earnings, or performance.
  • Your outcomes depend on your own implementation.
  • We provide materials in good faith and with reasonable care but accept no liability for:
    • omissions, errors, downtime, lost data (except as outlined) or failure to achieve results.

  • All warranties (other than those required by law) are excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Social Boom:

  • is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, or consequential damages;

  • limits all liability to the amount paid in Subscription Fees in the previous 12 months;

  • is not responsible for third-party businesses referenced in our materials.

Nothing excludes liability for death, injury, or fraud.

7. Free Trials

  • Free trials (if available) follow terms shown at sign-up.
  • Failure to cancel before the end of a trial results in automatic billing.
  • Payments are non-refundable.

8. Charges & Payments

  • The Subscription Fee will depend on which Subscription Option you choose. The prices for each Subscription Option are as set out at the point of sale for that Subscription or on our website from time to time.
  • Payment is due at the point of sale and, where appropriate by monthly or periodic credit card or direct debit payment thereafter.
  • By subscribing to our services, you grant us authorization to charge any payment methods on file for subscription fees, renewal fees, and any other applicable charges outlined in the terms of the subscription. This authorization is intended to facilitate seamless access to our services by enabling automatic processing of payments in accordance with the subscription terms.
  • You are paying for ongoing access to membership materials, not usage.

    • Therefore, not using it, not logging in, forgetting you subscribed and not realising you had a membership does not qualify you for a refund

  • We do not give, and you are not entitled to receive, any pro-rata refunds. Please refer to Clause 10 – for information about cancelling your Subscription.
  • Similarly, if you have opted to spread the payments for a product/service over multiple instalments then you are liable for, and committed to, making ALL of the instalment payments. You cannot cancel or walk away with instalment payments outstanding.
  • ALL subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each Subscription Period in line with the specific terms associated with that service/subscription unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please refer to Clause 10 – for information about cancelling your Subscription.
  • Payment for renewals is processed automatically on the day of renewal and once processed is non-refundable.
  • If a payment for a subscription is missed for any reason, we will contact you to arrange for the payment to be taken.

9. Late Payment

  • Late payment of monthly or annual subscriptions will attract a late payment fee to cover the cost of administration and chasing. In addition, payments which remain more than 7 days overdue will attract an interest charge of 3% per month above the current base rate at Barclays Bank or the maximum interest rate permitted by law, whichever is the greater.

10. Cancellation & Notice Periods

  • To avoid renewal, cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date.
  • No refunds or pro-rata refunds are given on any subscription already paid.
  • Where subscriptions are cancelled, access will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle or immediately at Social Boom’s discretion
  • You are paying for ongoing access to membership materials, not usage.
    • Therefore, not logging in, forgetting you subscribed, not realising you had a membership, or choosing not to use it does not qualify you for a refund

11. Termination

We may terminate access if:

  • payments are not made,

  • terms are breached,

  • misuse of content or accounts occurs.

We also reserve the right to cancel your account at any time for breaches of community guidelines, a lack of adherence to these policies or for any other reason.

Upon termination:

  • all licences end,

  • all access is revoked
  • any related HighLevel accounts are deleted

  • no refunds will be issued.

12. Events, Local Meetings & Membership Access

If Social Boom offers events:

  • membership grants access for one named individual

  • tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable

  • event content may not be shared or redistributed

  • no-show or late cancellation fees may apply

  • Social Boom may change event schedules, speakers, or venues without liability

13. Confidentiality

  • Social Boom materials are confidential.
  • Your Subscriber Data is confidential to you.
    Both parties shall protect the other’s confidential information.

14. Assignment of Rights

  • Social Boom may assign rights under this Agreement.
  • You may not assign rights without written consent.
  • Terms found invalid will be severed and the remainder enforced.

15. Disclaimer

Except where stated, Social Boom provides no warranties or guarantees.
We may change Services at our discretion.

16. Force Majeure

Social Boom is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

17. Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the law of England & Wales.


Unresolved disputes may be referred to independent arbitration.
